RETURNS
Here at Lolo Viv Boutique, we know that ordering online can be tough sometimes. As women, we vary in our sizes depending on the fit and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases. With that said, we've broken down our return policy so it's as easy as possible.
RETURN POLICY
Lolo Viv gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a refund within 30 days from the date your order shipped. Â
Merchandise must be in original condition, including original packaging and tags attached. Return shipping and handling is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. You may return to us via the carrier of your choice, but we recommend obtaining tracking on your package. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, have had the tags removed or are received by us after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
You may also return for an exchange if quantities/size/colors are available. If the item isn't available you will receive a refund.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- If you have received a defective item, please contact customer care by email at contact@loloviv.com within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
- The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
