Here at Lolo Viv Boutique, we know that ordering online can be tough sometimes. As women, we vary in our sizes depending on the fit and we want to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchases. With that said, we've broken down our return policy so it's as easy as possible.
Lolo Viv gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a refund within 30 days from the date your order shipped.
Merchandise must be in original condition, including original packaging and tags attached. Return shipping and handling is the customer’s responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to you. You may return to us via the carrier of your choice, but we recommend obtaining tracking on your package. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, have had the tags removed or are received by us after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
You may also return for an exchange if quantities/size/colors are available. If the item isn't available you will receive a refund.
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

- Body Suits
- Hair Accessories
- Mystery Bags/Boxes
- Sale Items
- Seasonal Items
- Deal of the Day Items
- Items Marked Final Sale
- If you have received a defective item, please contact customer care by email at email@example.com within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
- The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
SHIP YOUR RETURN
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You may return to us via the carrier of your choice, but we recommend obtaining tracking on your package.
- You can place multiple return orders into one package to return. To ensure you receive the correct return credit amount, you MUST request a return authorization request for each order/item you are sending back by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You must include the return authorization slip and the invoice for ALL orders/items being returned.
- Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your original purchase method.
- Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.
- Items returned that do not fall within the return period or are final sale, will not be refunded.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS THE RETURN?
- Please allow up to two weeks (14 Business Days) from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be processed—you will receive an email confirmation when complete.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
- Once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your refund.
DO YOU OFFER PRICE ADJUSTMENTS?
- Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our products, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items. Returned merchandise will be issued a refund.
Once an order has been placed, we CANNOT cancel the order and refund back to your original payment method. This includes if you place an order multiple times by "accident." PLEASE check your order BEFORE you hit submit.
